Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 31, 2025
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how HorizonX Ltd (“HorizonX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company incorporated under the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), handles information collected or processed through Stratium — including its website (https://stratium.xyz), documentation (https://docs.stratium.xyz), applications, and associated community channels (collectively, the “Platform”).
HorizonX operates the interface and documentation layer of Stratium but does not own or control the decentralized smart contracts deployed on Hyperliquid’s HIP-3 architecture. Those contracts function autonomously and publicly on the blockchain, outside HorizonX’s direct control.
By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the collection and handling of information as described in this Policy.
Scope
This Policy applies only to data processed by HorizonX through the Stratium informational website, documentation portal, and communication channels directly controlled by us. It does not extend to:
interactions with blockchain networks or smart contracts;
use of third-party wallets, decentralized applications (“Dapps”), or exchanges; or
activities on other websites, products, or services linked from the Platform.
Blockchain transactions occur on public ledgers and are not subject to modification or deletion by HorizonX.
Nature of Stratium
Stratium is a non-custodial, permissionless protocol enabling structured-finance markets on-chain. HorizonX provides a front-end interface and educational resources for informational purposes. We do not:
require user registration or identity verification;
store personal keys, wallet credentials, or blockchain assets; or
execute or reverse blockchain transactions.
All on-chain interactions are recorded transparently on public networks and are beyond our ability to alter or remove.
Information We May Process
While the Platform is designed to minimize data collection, certain information may be automatically or voluntarily provided when you interact with it.
1. Information You Voluntarily Provide
You may choose to provide limited personal data through:
Email communications or contact forms (e.g., business inquiries or investor relations);
Participation in community channels or events;
Submission of feedback, surveys, or partnership proposals.
In such cases, we may collect:
Name, email address, or organization;
Communication content and metadata;
Any additional information you voluntarily disclose.
This data is used solely for correspondence and is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When visiting our website or documentation, we may automatically log:
Device and browser information (type, version, operating system);
IP address and general geographic region (approximate, non-identifying);
Referring URLs, session duration, and page interactions;
Aggregated traffic metrics such as views, click rates, and bounce statistics.
We process this technical data for:
Website performance monitoring;
Security protection and fraud prevention;
Anonymous analytics to improve usability.
We do not use behavioral tracking, advertising pixels, or cross-site identifiers.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
The Platform uses minimal cookies or local storage strictly necessary for:
Session continuity;
User language preferences;
Load balancing or system performance.
We do not deploy marketing, retargeting, or third-party advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences directly through your browser.
Blockchain and Onchain Data
All blockchain transactions conducted through Stratium occur directly on public networks. By design, these records are transparent and immutable. HorizonX does not collect, control, or store on-chain information, including wallet addresses or transaction details.
However, users should understand:
Wallet addresses and transaction metadata are publicly viewable;
Any transaction initiated via your wallet is permanently visible to others;
Third parties may analyze blockchain activity and link addresses to identities.
Your blockchain activity is not private, and you should operate accordingly.
Legal Basis for Processing
Under ADGM and international data-protection frameworks, HorizonX processes personal data only when:
necessary for the performance of a legitimate business or communication request;
required to comply with applicable legal obligations (e.g., sanctions checks, court orders); or
based on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We do not sell, lease, or trade any personal data.
Data Use and Purpose Limitation
Any information processed by HorizonX is used solely for the following purposes:
Operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform and documentation;
Responding to inquiries or support requests;
Complying with applicable laws and regulatory obligations under ADGM;
Protecting against fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;
Conducting aggregated analytics for system optimization.
We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.
Data Retention
We retain minimal user data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Anonymous or aggregated data that cannot identify individuals may be retained for research and security analysis. Emails and contact submissions are deleted once resolved unless required for legal recordkeeping.
Data Security
We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information within our control, including:
Encrypted HTTPS connections;
Limited administrative access;
Periodic vulnerability assessments;
Secure data deletion and anonymization policies.
Despite these measures, no system is immune from risk. You acknowledge that information transmitted via the Internet or stored on decentralized networks may not be completely secure.
International Data Transfers
HorizonX Ltd operates within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) but may engage service providers located in other jurisdictions for website hosting, analytics, or communication. All such transfers are conducted in compliance with ADGM Data Protection Regulations and include contractual safeguards ensuring an adequate level of protection.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share personal data except in the following limited cases:
With service providers who assist in operating the Platform (e.g., analytics or hosting) under strict confidentiality obligations;
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or court orders;
To protect the rights, property, or safety of HorizonX, users, or others;
In connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, or transfer of assets, provided that equivalent protections remain in place.
We do not sell personal data under any circumstances.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may link to third-party services, wallets, or decentralized applications. HorizonX has no control over and is not responsible for the content, policies, or data-handling practices of such third parties. You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of each service before use.
Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed to or intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact [email protected] for prompt removal.
User Rights
Under applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
The right to access and obtain a copy of your data;
The right to request correction or deletion of inaccurate information;
The right to restrict or object to specific processing;
The right to data portability;
The right to withdraw consent at any time.
Because HorizonX collects minimal data, these rights may be limited in practice. To exercise any rights, contact [email protected]. We may verify your identity before processing any request.
No Custody or Monitoring
HorizonX does not monitor, control, or retain any user assets, private keys, or on-chain activities. Your blockchain transactions are processed by decentralized networks and governed by immutable code, outside the scope of traditional data regulation.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect technical, legal, or operational changes. Revised versions will be posted at https://docs.stratium.xyz with a new “Last Updated” date. Material updates will be communicated through official channels where feasible. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
