# srHYPE Overview

### What is srHYPE

srHYPE is Stratium's liquid staking token for HYPE holders.

Deposit HYPE into the Stratium vault. Receive srHYPE. Earn staking yield and structured product trading fee share. Withdraw anytime, subject to liquidity.

srHYPE is a fully transferable ERC-20 token representing your claim on underlying HYPE plus accumulated rewards.

### Why srHYPE Exists

HIP-3/ HIP-4 deployers on Hyperliquid must maintain a minimum 500,000 HYPE stake to operate perpetual markets. srHYPE secures this stake while giving depositors exposure to both staking yield and fee revenue.

This is not commoditized liquid staking. Most HYPE liquid staking tokens earn only validator rewards, which are a function of network issuance and compress over time. srHYPE holders earn a share of trading fees generated by Stratium's structured product markets. That fee share grows as Stratium deploys more markets and generates more volume. The yield profile is tied to a revenue-generating business, not just network issuance.

### Yield Sources

**Native staking.** Standard Hyperliquid validator rewards, less validator commission.

**Trading fee share.** A portion of the 50% deployer fee that Stratium earns from HIP-3 markets is distributed proportionally to srHYPE holders based on their share of total staked HYPE. Distributed in USDH.

The srHYPE/HYPE exchange rate increases over time as yield accrues. No manual claiming required.

### Withdrawals

Withdraw HYPE anytime there is liquidity above the 500,000 HYPE minimum.

1. **Request.** Enters a global queue (FIFO). You continue earning while queued. Cancel anytime before processing.
2. **Claim.** After processing and Hyperliquid's \~8-day unstaking period, claim HYPE to your Hypercore account.
