Onboarding

Onboarding

Market Studio is currently onboarding partners on a selective basis. This page outlines the process for entities interested in sponsoring perpetual market deployments through Stratium.

Onboarding Process

1. Proposal Submission

Entities wishing to sponsor tickers can reach out to initiate the process.

Contact: [email protected]envelope

Include in your initial outreach:

  • Organization name and background

  • Asset(s) or market categories of interest

  • Brief rationale for proposed market(s)

2. Initial Onboarding Call

Once your proposal is received, we'll schedule an introductory call to discuss:

  • Asset details: The specific ticker(s) you wish to list and underlying asset characteristics

  • Revenue targets: Expected volume and fee generation goals

  • Distribution strategy: How you plan to drive trading activity to the market

  • Level of involvement: Your intended role in ongoing market maintenance and promotion

  • Data sources: Oracle requirements, price feed availability, and any proprietary data you can contribute

This call helps us understand alignment between your objectives and Market Studio's deployment criteria.

3. Feasibility Assessment

Following the onboarding call, the Stratium team evaluates proposed tickers in collaboration with:

  • Oracle partners: Assessing data feed availability, reliability, and implementation requirements

  • Market making partners: Evaluating liquidity considerations, spread feasibility, and risk parameters

The assessment covers:

  • Technical feasibility and implementation timeline

  • Security considerations and oracle robustness

  • Liquidity projections and market viability

  • Risk parameter configuration

We'll communicate findings and any adjustments needed before proceeding.

4. Auction Process

Once a ticker is approved:

  1. Stratium coordinates auction timing based on the 31-hour HIP-3 auction cycle

  2. Partner covers the Dutch auction cost in HYPE

  3. Stratium executes the auction and handles deployment operations

  4. Market configuration and launch preparation begins

Timeline

The end-to-end process—from initial contact to market launch—varies based on:

  • Complexity of the proposed asset

  • Oracle infrastructure requirements

  • Auction timing and competition

  • Market configuration needs

Typical timelines range from 2-6 weeks depending on these factors.

Requirements

Partners should be prepared to:

  • Cover Dutch auction costs (variable based on auction dynamics; minimum 500 HYPE)

  • Commit to driving volume through their distribution channels

  • Provide any proprietary data or market intelligence relevant to the asset

  • Maintain ongoing communication regarding market performance
